The agreement between our school and the families we serve.
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Sanpete School of the Performing Arts website and your participation in our classes, rehearsals, performances, and communications programs. By using this website, enrolling a student, or opting in to receive messages from us, you agree to these terms.
If you are enrolling a student under the age of 18, you confirm that you are that student's parent or legal guardian and that you accept these terms on their behalf.
Sanpete School of the Performing Arts offers instruction in dance, theatre, vocal arts, and choir to students of varying ages and skill levels. Classes are held at our Moroni Studio.
Enrollment is completed through our registration portal. Placement in a class is confirmed only once registration is complete and the registration fee has been received. We reserve the right to adjust class schedules, faculty assignments, or studio locations, and to cancel a class that does not reach minimum enrollment. Where we cancel a class, affected families will be offered a transfer or a refund of tuition paid for that class.

Payments more than 10 days past due incur a $15 late fee. Tuition is charged for the place reserved in a class, and is not pro-rated for missed classes. Requests to withdraw should be made in writing before the start of the next payment period.
We may update our rates from time to time. Enrolled families will be given notice before a rate change takes effect.
Program description
Sanpete School of the Performing Arts operates a text messaging program for families enrolled in, or inquiring about, our classes. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Sanpete School of the Performing Arts, which may include class schedules and schedule changes, rehearsal and performance reminders, enrollment and tuition notices, studio closure alerts, and — where you have separately consented — promotional offers, discounts, and school news.
Consent is obtained through our website contact form, through paper registration forms completed at the studio, or verbally at the time of enrollment. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of enrollment or of any purchase.
Message frequency and cost
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive up to 6 messages per month. Message frequency may vary. If you have questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
Cancelling the service and getting help
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (424) 206-3897. After you send the message "STOP" to us, we will send you a reply message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carrier liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. Full details are set out in our Privacy Policy.
Regular attendance matters, particularly in the weeks before a performance. Students are asked to arrive on time, dressed appropriately for their discipline, and ready to participate.
We ask students, parents, and guardians to treat faculty, fellow students, and our studio space with respect. We reserve the right to remove a student from a class or program for conduct that endangers or materially disrupts others, without refund of tuition already earned.
Parents and guardians are responsible for the drop-off and collection of students. Please notify us in writing of any medical, physical, or accessibility considerations that affect a student's safe participation.
We occasionally photograph or record classes, rehearsals, and performances for use in our website, printed programs, and social media. If you prefer that your student not appear in this material, tell us in writing and we will honor that request.
Audience recording at performances may be restricted where required by a licensing agreement for the work being performed.
The content of this website — including text, photographs, choreography notes, curriculum materials, logos, and the Sanpete School of the Performing Arts name and marks — belongs to us or to our licensors, and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
You may view and print pages of this site for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other reproduction, distribution, or adaptation requires our prior written permission.
This website is provided on an "as is" basis. While we work to keep schedules, rates, and other information accurate and current, we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or free of errors.
Participation in dance, theatre, and vocal training carries an inherent risk of injury. By enrolling a student, you acknowledge that risk and agree that SSPA, its faculty, and its staff are not liable for injury arising from ordinary participation in class or performance activities, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from these terms is limited to the amount of tuition and fees you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the website, or continued enrollment, after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms or from your relationship with the school will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Sanpete County, Utah.
